Terms of Service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and of our consultation and coordination service. They are written in plain language on purpose: terms you can actually understand protect both of us better than terms you can't.

  1. 1. Who we are and what these terms cover

This website and the services described in it are operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], [COUNTRY] ("we", "us", the "Service"). These terms apply to your use of the website and to the consultation and coordination services we provide. By using the website or requesting a consultation, you accept these terms.

  2. 2. Definitions

    • "Partner Hospital" — the hospital in Istanbul, Türkiye, whose licensed medical staff perform all medical services referred to on this website.
    • "Assessment" — the free, non-binding evaluation of your suitability for treatment, prepared by the Partner Hospital's medical team based on the information and photographs you provide.
    • "Treatment Package" — the medical treatment and associated on-the-ground services (hospital services, hotel, transfers, aftercare products) provided by or arranged through the Partner Hospital at the price confirmed to you in writing.
  3. 3. The nature of our service — read this section first

We are an independent patient consultation and coordination service. We are NOT a medical provider, NOT a hospital, NOT a clinic, and NOT the agent of any patient. We do not perform, supervise, or participate in any medical procedure, and we do not give medical advice. No doctor–patient relationship is ever created between you and us.

Our role is coordination: collecting your inquiry, relaying information between you and the Partner Hospital, helping you plan the logistics of your trip, and remaining available for questions. All medical judgments — including whether you are a suitable candidate, how your procedure is performed, and how your recovery is managed — are made exclusively by the Partner Hospital's licensed medical staff.

  4. 4. The Partner Hospital's role and responsibility

All medical services are provided solely by the Partner Hospital and its licensed medical staff, under the laws and professional obligations applicable to healthcare providers in Türkiye. The treatment contract for medical services comes into existence between you and the Partner Hospital — not between you and us.

Responsibility for medical services — including their quality, safety, and outcomes — lies with the Partner Hospital as the treating healthcare provider. Questions, concerns, or claims relating to medical treatment are matters between you and the Partner Hospital; we will assist with communication wherever we can, but we are not the provider of those services.

  5. 5. Consultations and assessments

    • The Assessment is free of charge and places you under no obligation of any kind.
    • The Assessment is prepared on the basis of the information and photographs you provide. Its accuracy therefore depends on the accuracy and completeness of what you submit.
    • The Assessment is preliminary. The definitive medical evaluation takes place in person at the Partner Hospital — including blood analysis and a pre-operative consultation — before any procedure is performed. The medical team may decline or modify treatment based on that in-person evaluation.
    • An Assessment, including any indication of expected results, is an informed professional estimate — not a promise (see "No guarantees" below).
  6. 6. Booking and confirmation

Booking follows a fixed sequence: (1) you receive your Assessment and the Treatment Package price confirmed in writing; (2) a surgery date is agreed; (3) you book your own flight to Istanbul; (4) you send us your flight ticket — receipt of the ticket is what confirms your reservation. No deposit and no online payment is required or requested at any point before treatment.

You may withdraw at any time before treatment without owing us anything. Costs you have incurred yourself (such as flights) are governed by the terms of the providers you booked them with.

  7. 7. Prices and payment

    • The Treatment Package price is confirmed to you in writing before you book your flight and does not change on arrival.
    • Payment for the Treatment Package is made by you directly to the Partner Hospital, in cash, on the day of your procedure. We do not collect, process, hold, or forward any payment from you, and we are not a party to the payment transaction.
    • Our coordination service is free of charge for you. We are compensated by the Partner Hospital.
    • Costs not included in the Treatment Package — in particular your flights and personal expenses — are your responsibility.
  8. 8. Your responsibilities

    • Provide accurate, complete, and current information — in particular truthful answers about your health, medications, and medical history, both to us and to the Partner Hospital's medical team. Incomplete or false health information can endanger you and invalidates any assessment based on it.
    • Arrange and pay for your own travel, including flights, and ensure you hold valid travel documents and any visa your nationality requires.
    • Follow the instructions of the Partner Hospital's medical team before, during, and after treatment, including aftercare instructions.
    • Be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
    • Use the website lawfully and refrain from scraping, probing, disrupting, or misusing it, and from submitting content or photographs relating to any person other than yourself without that person's consent.
  9. 9. No guarantees of results

Medical outcomes vary from person to person and depend on factors including your individual physiology, the stability of your hair loss, your donor area, and your adherence to aftercare. Neither we nor any material on this website guarantees any particular medical result, growth rate, density, or timeline. Statements on this website about typical processes and timelines are general information, not promises about your individual case.

  10. 10. Website content

The content of this website — including all blog articles and FAQ answers — is general information provided for orientation. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace consultation with qualified medical professionals. Market figures quoted on this website (for example, price ranges in other countries) are indicative ranges compiled from public sources at the time of writing and are not offers or quotes.

We keep the website accurate and current to the best of our ability, but we do not warrant that every item of general information is complete or up to date at every moment. The definitive information for your case is what we and the Partner Hospital confirm to you in writing.

  11. 11. Intellectual property

The website's content, design, text, and graphics belong to us or our licensors. You may read, share links to, and quote reasonable excerpts of our content with attribution. You may not copy the website wholesale, republish our content commercially, or use it to train commercial products without our written permission.

  12. 12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

Subject to that: we are liable without limitation only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties (duties whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the coordination service possible at all), and then only for foreseeable damage typical of this kind of service.

We are not liable for: the medical services themselves or their outcomes (which are provided by and are the responsibility of the Partner Hospital); costs arising from travel disruptions, flight changes or cancellations, visa refusals, or events outside our reasonable control; or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provided. Since our service is free of charge for you, you acknowledge that its economic character is reflected in this allocation of responsibility.

  13. 13. Third-party services

Flights, and any other services you book directly with third parties, are governed solely by your contracts with those parties. Communication channels you choose to use (such as WhatsApp or email) are operated by their respective providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

  14. 14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU or UK, you additionally retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in this section deprives you of the right to bring or defend proceedings where consumer-protection law allows.

We will always attempt to resolve any disagreement directly and informally first — contact us before anything else; it has never needed to go further than that.

  15. 15. Final provisions

    • If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
    • We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date. Material changes will be flagged prominently.
    • These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website and coordination service. They do not modify or replace any agreement between you and the Partner Hospital regarding medical treatment.
    • If these terms are made available in multiple languages, all versions have equal informational value; in case of interpretive conflict the [ENGLISH] version prevails.
